Kathleen Grace Walsh attended George Washington University for her undergraduate studies and obtained her JD from The Columbus School of Law at Catholic University. Her practice focuses on representing injured workers’ in workers’ compensation claims and representing disabled persons before the Social Security Administration.
She is presently the chairperson of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Workers’ Compensation Section and a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Board of Governors. She was chairperson of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Advance Workers’ Compensation Retreat in 2015 and 2016. She serves on the Executive Committee for the Virginia Workers’ Compensation American Inn of Court of which she was a founding member. She is President-elect of this organization of attorneys and judges statewide who are involved with workers' compensation. Additionally, Ms. Walsh serves on the Executive Committee for the Workers’ Compensation Advisory Conference. Ms. Walsh is Board Certified in Social Security law by the National Board of Trail Advocacy. She regularly writes articles and lectures on workers' compensation and social security matters.
